Mareeba Shire Council engaged Bestruct for Construction Phase Project Management of Mareeba Pound and Cedric Davies (Mareeba Library).
We undertook contract management of the builders in conjunction with Mareeba Shire’s Project Manager. Items included fortnightly site inspections, RFI Management, Progress claim reviews, Variation assessments and authority approvals. On completion of the project defect management was provided for a number of weeks as agreed with the client.
