The developer has purchased 336-338 Sheridan Street and engaged a building contractor to undertake construction of the new 7 Eleven.
Bestruct has been engaged to provide client-side project management and act as the superintendent in the clients best interests. This includes finalisation of the Construction agreement, attending design meetings, review of progress claim, regular updates to the developer and contract management of the project for the client during construction. This includes RFIs, Variation and inspections with the building contractor.
