Tendering & negotiation
The design is finished, and you are ready to find your ideal builder. Bestruct can assist in running an open or select tender for your project. Custom options provided to suit your requirements, including tender correspondence, tender opening, assessment and negotiations
Site inspections
When Construction commences, it is all hands on deck, and your site inspections should be no different. We offer Progress Claim reviews, contract management, regular site inspections, Management of RFI’s, EOT’s and variations.
Grant applications
When applying for a grant application for a construction project, it can be daunting if it's not your industry. Bestruct can take the hard work out of developing your ideas, assisting with scoping, preliminary costings and sketches to help your potential funding body understand your idea.
