Founded in 2018 by Director Rebecca Gilding, Bestruct has managed substantial commercial and residential construction projects and developments in Cairns and the surrounding areas.
We work with local government, commercial builders, not for profit, body corporate, property developers, commercial real estate firms and consultancy firms to help deliver outstanding results in all areas of construction project management.

Rebecca Gilding
Rebecca is passionate about building strong, productive relationships with all stakeholders. She enjoys working in the challenging and fast-paced construction industry and has a reputation for delivering positive project outcomes for her clients.
Known for her can-do attitude and proactive approach, Rebecca’s is an asset to every team she is involved in.
Rebecca’s qualifications include:
- QBCC Licensed Builder – Low & Medium Rise
- Associate Degree in Construction (Major in Management)
- Diploma in Building & Construction
- Diploma of Project Management
- Certificate 4 in Occupational Health & Safety
- Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment.
