Lend Lease Property Management Australia has management of Cairns Central one of our largest local shopping centres. Ongoing capital works being undertaken by the Operations team and requiring Project Management and Environment, Health & Safety oversight include:
- Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) oversight for car park lighting pole & roofing upgrade
- Project Management for LPG Upgrade
- Project Management for Southern Chilled Water
Each project has individual requirements and agreements for scope of work required by the client. Project Management includes working with the Operations Manager to ensure delivery of the projects in accordance with the Lend Lease Procedures and Protocols while working within a live site environment.
