Working directly for the developer, we gained quotes and assembled the design team to achieve the Operational Works Approval for Stage 5 & 6 of Paradise Point.
FGF was contracted for the Construction of Stage 5 which is due for completion in April 2025. The subdivision includes 28 new lots in Palm Cove. Bestruct was the client representative for all liaisons with the Civil Engineer and Authority approval procedures.
