Bestruct has been working with the Town Planner, Building Designer and Client since the Development Application stage for Two Rivers Community School.
Currently we are working with the full design team including Fire Engineering to finalize the design of this project for Building Approval.
This project is proposed for tendering mid 2025 with construction commencement when the Builder is appointed on this project.
Separately an Operational Works approval and civil contract will be awarded for the road upgrades and carparking layout to the site.
